Bluefin Tuna Collar

At Ozumo, our chefs bring in Whole Bluefin Tuna and carve it in-house to deliver the freshest sushi for our guests. One of the most prized and sought after cuts is the collar. This is where the most flavorful and marbled bluefin tuna lies. We are excited to share our Kama Maguro Experience with one lucky group of diners every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night.
